Automated output contains errors

In particular, and from experience:

figures can be grouped or attributed wrongly, so a demand may be shown against the wrong head or paragraph;
scanned and bilingual documents can be misread;
dates, including limitation dates, can be wrong;
case citations can be inaccurate, superseded, or entirely non-existent and must be verified against the reports;
a document can be missed altogether.
