Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end and access continues until then.

Refunds

Fees already paid are generally not refundable, because the service is made available immediately. Where a payment fails, is duplicated, or is taken in error, write to [Support email address — to be filled in] and we will refund it to the original payment method, normally within 7 working days.

Expert-help fees

Fees for expert help are charged and invoiced by the independent firm that carries out the work. Refunds of those fees are a matter for that firm.
